I liked the article, thank you Emanuela. Even though the focus seems to be mostly for pre-university education, some of these ideas and principles should certainly be applied to higher education as well.

Liljedahl, P. (2016). Building thinking classrooms: Conditions for problem solving. In P. Felmer, W. Van Dooren, & J. Kilpatrick (Eds.). Posing and solving mathematical problems: Advances and new perspectives. (pp. 361-386). New York, NY: Springer.

Liljedahl provided a workshop on thinking classrooms in Naples some years ago, it would be interesting to see whether his proposals are also valuable for higher education. What is the main challenge when shifting to higher education, in your experience?
